    My favorite moment of the trip and possibly the year was the waterspout. It was extraordinary to be on the beach and watch a waterspout twirl and grow from the clouds down to the water. It's an especially unique picture because it reveals the contrast of nature. One part of the sky is completely sunny and beautiful while the other is fierce, dark, and churning. by: jessilane20 Views[196] A nighttime picture, this tree was one of the first palm trees I'd ever witnessed up close. The brightness of the leaves were no match for the darkened sky. by: jessilane20 Views[306] The ending to my first and only sunset was saturated with color. I enjoyed the layers of blue, purple, orange, pink, and yellow that spanned the horizon. The mighty cloud to the right was ever changing and eye candy to any observer. by: jessilane20 Views[138] This was my first and last viewed sunset during my visit at the Grand Cayman Islands. Everyday, the clouds seemed to roll in around dinner time and hide the sun. However, this night was spectacular and the fiery sun casted a warm glow on the horizon. by: jessilane20 Views[151] While tasting garlic sauced escargot at Guy Harvey's restaurant, this pirate ship was the focus of the outdoor dining. Grand Cayman has extremely diverse atmospheres that range from exotic wildlife to intriguing people.
