woohoo! so, finally im here, in japan, and whats more ive survived my first day at work! although as i had thought i was finished working in fast food joints its all a little depressing... but its all good.
amazingly i made it from the airport all the way to my hostel without getting lost, aand then the next morning, on 2 hrs sleep, made it all the way to my resort! (what?! it was christmas! there were parties to be had!)
of course, id hate to take it easy, so my first day up here, after exhausting myself with lack of sleep, travel, and trying to keep my brain from exploding, my new friends decided to take me night boarding! yeah, great introduction to the sport. but lots of fun :D and yes, i am now covered in bruises...
so all is good so far, and ill check in a little later i guess, as im contemplating going boarding again now, if i can get my aching muscles to agree...
