A bientot.bises.

Here we are in the biggest and most famous city of Australia, going back to the city after Tasmania is really hard but we camped in Estelle and Christoph's garden near Manly for the first 3 days to slowly get used again to the noise and busy streets of the city. Taking the ferry from Manly to The Opera House and Harbour Bridge was fantastic, the best way to discover Sydney for the first time by day or by night!

A visit to the Olympic Park of Sydney where the 2000 games took place was a great experience as well. The beautiful picture of Cathy Freeman winning the 400m was very emotional knowing the past of the aboriginal people and what they've gone through.

Sydney is defenitely better near the beaches, where you can see people coming just after work with their surf board under the arm. A lot of sport on the beaches, people running, groups of people doing gym, playing volley ball. And there is always a salt swimming pool constructed on the shore of the beach which allow you to swim without a risk of encounter with SHARKS !

Jeremie tried a bit of surfing, it is a bit hard and very funny to see him trying ! We will see in Perth if we can take courses and learn to surf there. That's where we are going after one month in New Zeland(29/02/08-29/03/08).

See you soon lots of love !
