Changing of the guard ceremony.

Palace of Gobierno in Plaza de Armas. This is where the President lives and at 12noon everyday there is a ´Changing of the Guards´ ceremony similar to that of Buckingham Palace in London but without the riot police or the armoured troop carriers with automatic machine guns.
