Foraged at Lowes and Home Depot for reticulation bits and pieces, ie pop up sprinklers, hose and fittings.  These fittings and all the gubbins, have been extremely difficult to locate, but we finally succeeded at Lowes in Woodbridge, about 13 miles from here.

While there, we also looked over the garden sheds on display and found a Rubber Maid product which was very similar to a Suncast manufactured one we had previously identified, that we had thought would be a likely contender.  They are both made of resin which I guess is some type of plastic and relatively simple to erect.  The websites have all sorts of horror stories about the metal type of garden shed, particularly the material and DIY construction, together with the childlike and incomplete instructions.  The resin type seem much more user friendly.

I discovered that, after getting the reticulation bits from Lowes (13 miles away) that I had under ordered and needed to return for an additional two pop up sprinklers.  It was a good second run for the car and as usual, we were able to assist a number of drivers to improve their driving skills.

Also booked our first night in Hershey at a Days Inn place in North Harrisburg Pennsylvania.  It is a fair hike to Hershey from there, but we plan to leave here before first light on the morning of 5 Oct, drive the three hours to Hershey, attend the first day of the Swap Meet and then retire to our Days Inn, before going back to Hershey for a second 12 hours, the next day.

Trying to book accommodation has been an interesting exercise, because the Hershey Meet is an annual event, which attracts a lot of customers and as a result the local accommodation prices rise significantly at this time.  Accommodation in Hershey is booked out well in advance, so there is generally no alternative to a night spent well distant from Hershey Park.

Tomorrow I'll sort out hiring a car.
