Not quite the edge of the world but...

The Inquisitive - I found the Golden Plovers to be delightful birds to both watch and photograph. They are wary of humans but their curious nature causes them to take as much interest in you as you have in them. The birds can be seen using raised mounds as view points. A few seconds later the plover disappears in to the long grass and re-appear elsewhere.
