    This woman's back is scarred because she has participated in a Hamer This Dassanatch elder sat on his stool like a king on a throne, proudly watching over his village. by: j_keenan Views[829] These Mursi children shared a laugh and stretched their feet across the warm sand, all but ignoring the menacing rifle on their laps. by: j_keenan Views[1000] After a German tourist snapped his photo, this toddler grabbed the camera to look at his image on the back screen. His friends all crowded around to see the picture while the tiny boy laughed with delight. by: j_keenan Views[1864] This young woman was striking in a sea of yellow as she waited in a market to sell her jugs of water. When I asked her about her t-shirt, she threw her head back and laughed.
