I am human. I am a student. I am a photographer. I am an explorer. I am a daughter. I am a sister. But most importantly I am passionate. We live by these labels but the label which is my most favourite is passionate. I feel as though this is the label which brings out the best in every category I can possibly fall into and together that is what I am. For a long time I was looking forward to the day I could get up and leave New Zealand and explore but it was through exploring parts of the world I found I haven't yet explored my part of the world and I decided before I would leave I need to do that. And I'm currently in the mists of this but as I do this I learn more about myself and my home through going to other countries and being amongst others environments. With this scholarship I am keen to learn about others but also through them about myself. I feel that I could turn this experience to benefit not only myself but the other lives I am so fortunate to touch.
