There is a region in eastern part of Latvia, where people have lower incomes, less education, higher unemployment, smaller houses, colder winters, but they believe stronger. In the heart of this region there is a village Aglona with a population of only 1000 residents, and there is a large catholic basilica, where more than 100 000 people visit religious celebration every summer. They enter through this gate and leave their gray everyday life outside.
