    Idi and another one of the Rastas from Kimte Views[514] out of control - controlled brush fire on teh beach at Kimte in Jambiani Views[418] At Kimte (were we stayed in Jambiani) they were burning down some excess brush on the beach. Views[439] Classroom in the school that we visited in Jambiani Views[313] three cute girls that we met in Jambiani strategically pictured infront of one of the funnier signs I saw on the trip. apparently they never taught the sign painter to plan out the design before painting.     Chaise lounge chairs outside the Kimte on Jambiani -- easily one of the most beautiful places in the world. Views[4450] Dhow in Jambiani -- everyday when the tide goes out the water receeds so much that the boats that are not being used are all beached until the water comes back again in the afternoon. Views[572] The balance rudder & sail of the Dhow as we cruised back inland. I've never seen water like this in my life! This picture was taken when a woman we were talking to allowed us to tour the renovations of the oldest hotel in Stonetown that they are reopening as Emerson & Green. It was one of several buiding projects we randomly got to tour while in Africa. Views[368] these amazingly beautiful palm trees were in view every direction you looked all over the island Views[286] this is what nutmeg actually looks like in nature. we learned a lot of interesting stuff like that on the spice tour.
