A lone eagle watches as I step, slowly but surely, closer and closer. Normally wary and hard to get close to, for some reason this eagle stood his ground; perhaps because it sensed no harm. Its grandeur mesmerising and inspiring, the moment lives on – etched, on the river banks of Brackendale.
