Summer in Central Park

Cab Horses, NYC

Sweat beads on their flanks and fetlocks. The pidgins huddle in the shade each horse throws, and pick hairs from their mains and tails. When the horse moves so do the birds. They wait as the cab makes a full loop of the park, then settle back down its back the moment it returns.
