Hello, my name is Hannah Jane, and I am currently a 2nd year at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. I study in various mediums: painting, photography, film/video, sculpture, ceramics, and creative writing. In my spare time, I work to save and invest in personal travels. I pride myself in being independent, and I know I can handle immersing myself in a culture very different from mine. During my junior year of high school, I had won a all-expense paid volunteer trip to Madagascar from the organization the Fairchild Challenge. There, I had learned a lot about myself and others; it gave me a worldly perspective. Giving me something that cannot be described in a single adjective, teaching me the importance of morals no matter what events occur, and Something I would like to experience again, if given the chance.
