not exactly the sleepy port town i was expecting. coming from little old nz, i have no words to describe the scale here in china. it is probably a good thing that i can't see very far into the distance due to the smog, because i could get a little overwhelmed.
oh, and i didn't get to use the pool on the ferry. i think it must have been under construction. or something.
