In June 2014, I had the opportunity to travel to Papua New Guinea for work. On a brief stop-over in Port Moresby, I had the opportunity to venture out into the city, visit the local markets, the central business district, interact with the locals and meet some very interesting people.

Beyond that, during my stay on Manus Island, I was lucky to be a part of a unique environment of an almost untouched natural beauty. Despite the work pressures, the colours and the charms of the Island, made us forget all our worries.
