    After falling asleep in class, his teacher asked him to leave the class and wait outside for his meeting with the headmaster. He stood, still slightly dazed, drawing in the sand with his foot. He stared right through the camera at me as I took this shot, the imprint of his sweatshirt arm still visible across his forehead from having slept on his arm. by: grahamfreeman Views[334] This little girl hid behind the large groups of students who were acting up for my camera as I walked through the school yard to begin a morning of digging to help install a new fence. I took a few shots of the students and then saw her. She half-smiled, but there was something about the emotion in her eyes that captured me. I tried to take a shot, which resulted in this photo. by: grahamfreeman Views[449] A student from class 4 uses a piece of plastic as a make-shift umbrella during an afternoon downpour. With rain-drops still running down his face, he greeted me, proud to show off his innovative canopy. by: grahamfreeman Views[247] After taking my camera out during a break from working planting a garden at the school, I was mobbed by a group of children asking me to take their photos. After snapping a few shots I was walking back to the gardens when I came across a shy, little girl from class 1, sitting alone under a tree. I asked her if I could take a picture and she immediately came alive, smiled and pulled a funny face for the camera. by: grahamfreeman Views[496] The school yard at break time is a sea of red from the school uniforms of the students. One class 1 boy stuck out as he was the only one to have a blue sweater, apparently having lost his red school sweater. I watched him play and try stealing the soccer ball from students twice his height, completely unphased but the very apparent size difference. I walked over to chat with him and try to get a shot, and ended up taking this. His cheeky, care-free attitude is clearly visible in the eyes behind that playfully accusatory finger. *Photos have had no digital adjustments but have been made black & white/ low saturation as stated is allowable in the question and answer forum by: grahamfreeman Views[779]
