While we were enjoying the spectacular desert sunset, the cheerful and playful Bedouin tour guides drive the jeep up to the top of the Sandune, and jump from the top in a "bedouin style". This ad-hoc performance is the way they enjoy their beloved desert, the land that their tribes had been lived and travelled for many centuries.

Bedouin are desert-dwelling Arabian ethnic group in Jordan. Since long time ago, they travel around the desert and engaged in nomadic herding and agriculture. The partnership between Bedouin and camels has never been stopped: From being the only mean of transport in the past, to offer an exotic ride to the tourist today, Camel pays a critical role in the living and culture of Bedouin.

The night we spent in the desert of Wadi Rum was definitely splendid. After the wonderful mud oven chicken dinner prepared by the Bedouin chef, we sat around the camp fire to keep ourselves warm from the desert chill, and enjoyed the Arabian water-pipe.
