Il bel far niente

you travel every day . you travel when you read a book , meet new people , learn something new . travelling isn't attached to changing places .
I saw heaven once upon a time . it was peaceful and calm , you feel safe even if you are alone . heaven was Hurghada's beach , was little boys play , was lying between two palms reading a book .
The best thing in that heaven was him , "Majed " was making food everyday , he had excellent way of cooking makes him a very different chief . i have never tasted such beautiful food in my life , ban cakes , desserts , cheese cake ....etc .
you may close your eyes and eat with repose .
I used to see him every day walking around the restaurant supervising meals , and serving people with modesty . although he is the artist of that beautiful art , he is the president of the kitchen " his kingdom " .
I am grateful for that journey because for the first time i felt " Il bel far niente " means the beauty of doing nothing . just enjoying nature and eating Mr.Majed's delicious food .
