    Cannot get any fresher. Produce is not stored in freezers but consumed immediately. Every part is hung up, purchased and consumed by locals. This butcher also served meals. This is where I found the local gentleman eating with such passion and focus. by: gdphotography Views[155] Found myself wondering lost in streets where only locals found themselves away from the hustle and bustle of Nathan road. They must of known something I didn't. This local gentleman was so into his brunch meal that nothing disturbed him. Not even me with my camera pointing in front of him. by: gdphotography Views[156] The seafood the lady was looking at was dried calamari. Not sure if my expression would be subtle as hers. Intriguing to see so many types of exotic products all at arms lenghts. THe greens where so green and the fruit so ripe. by: gdphotography Views[266] Introduction to Hong Kong life. Apart from the plethora of people street level, you cannot help but admire the plethora of signs above, in front, to the sides and behind you. Too many choices.Wanted to see what the local where up to. by: gdphotography Views[226]
