It's a long, hot and dusty day for these women at the monthly district market in Bac Ha, northern Vietnam. The intensely colourful, hand embriodered cotton and velvet outfits they wear are the traditional dress of the Flower H'mong and are very hot and heavy in daytime temperatures of more than 30 degrees celcius.
