The Round House, the oldest remaining intact building in Western Australia and the first permanent building in Fremantle/Perth. It was first built as a jail in 1831. Later on it became a regular police station and nowadays is a small museum with great views over Freo and the harbour.

A cannon doing its duty in front of the Round House. It is fired every day at 1pm so mariners can set their watches.
