Opposite way along William Street, the historic Bell Tower on the left and one of the hostels behind that, in the fancy building.

William Street, one of the main north-south thoroughfares in Perth, leading from the heart of the city through Northbridge and north out to the suburbs. This is looking south down William Street towards the city centre. The Cultural Centre would be on the left just behind the buildings.

The Bell Tower at the corner of William & Francis Streets, originally built in 1937 at a nearby convent, but taken apart and rebuilt here, brick by brick, in 1991, to add some flavour to the street scape.
