Bells Beach near Torquay, the spiritual home of Australian surfing. The curls were just starting to pick up at this time of year; hard to tell but there are some surfers just out past the breakers. The world's oldest surfing competition, the Rip Curl Pro Surf & Music Festival (formerly Bells Beach Surf Classic), has been held here every Easter since 1961.
