Joe Fleischman was born October 22, 1989 in Maryland. Growing up on a farm he always explored every inch of space he could. Climbing trees, digging holes and building forts were always on the agenda. At some point he ended up with a camera in his hands. Self taught, his Canon Dslr has been equal parts teacher and instrument.
His passion is for travel and wildlife photography, but he also enjoys the humbling study of astrophotography and the candid moments of street photography. Joe aims to capture images that rival the imagination. To share with the world the epic unseen vistas and untold stories alike.
"I didn't grow up wanting to be a photographer. I wanted to be a Paleontologist, digging for bones somewhere in a desert. How I ended up with a camera is a bit complicated. I still get to explore the world searching for rare moments frozen in time. To see the cosmos, "to boldly go where no man has gone before." I just want to bring my camera and take pictures along the way."
