Ingredients
tomato, garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, spaghetti noodles, anchovy

 

How to prepare this recipe
- boil the pasta until its cooked. then set aside
- fry the anchovy until its crispy then set it aside
- saute garlic , tomato in olive oil then put the pasta and season it with salt and pepper
- then put the herb oregano and thyme.
-then at the plating put the crispy anchovy on top of the noodles. :)

 

The story behind this recipe
I was really hungry that time and I'm on diet when i looked at the refrigerator all i see are tomato, garlic, raw anchovy, and the left spaghetti noodles. so i decided to cook it and put salt and pepper but it doesn't makes me satisfied so i put some herbs thyme and oregano and when i tasted it. it brings me to Italy. such a wonderful feeling.
