Ultimately, luxury hotels with malls, such as the ones pictured, which sit right in front of the Grand Mosque, will overtake the landscape of the city.   The result of which will create a more prominent visible divide between the wealthy and the poor pilgrims, which the rules of the pilgrimage itself seeks to eliminate.
