    This photo exemplifies an important problem in modern India – too many people, too little work. Under such conditions, workload is shared. Seeing this, I thought to myself – this is how the pyramids were built. by: faces Views[420] These guys had the strangest selling strategy, sitting on a wall 3 meters above the ground where nobody could approach them. I was observing what would happen during half an hour – eventually I left, whereas they stayed assuming same positions. by: faces Views[609] During the day, ghats along the river Ganges are filled with thousands of people, creating chaos that saturates the senses. I liked where this guy found his safe haven... to relax and read the newspapers. by: faces Views[380] This woman was very much interested in conversing with us. However, the language barrier prevented it. Still, I thought her face told us everything. by: faces Views[247] This photo was taken from a boat approaching the Dasashvamedha ghat where priests perform ritual prayers for the pilgrims. On the river there are boats with people offering oil lamps and flowers to the holy river Ganges. by: faces Views[321]
