In rural parts deep in the jungle of Bucerias, Maria prepares a home made soft taco for weary adventurers passing by. The corn is soaked for 3 days before grinding to a dough with a stone mill. She presses the dough with a home made press and lays the dough on an out door iron plate stove made of stone. She has guacamole, salsa and beans prepped for the tacos. Delicious.
