Pretty pumped to be in Europe, so I started with a sleep in...but then we took the bikes out for a spin and explored a little canals, parks, print shops (all ready for our big Visa Application interview tomorrow - it's like going for a job interview, I have butterflies!), falafel shops and wine shops. A great day - I love Amsterdam already.
