Started the day with Acai....when in Brazil, Acai is my friend. Checked out Copacobana beach, lots of people, dumping waves today. You name it they sell it on the beach....soccer balls, pies, lasagne, glasses, fried cheese...the list rambles on. Walked half the beach...it's a really big one. Then through the car tunnel to Sugar Loaf. Mike wasn't up for it yesterday but changed his mind saying..."I'll come....but it's still a rip off". And he loved it!!! Great fews from the top, we liked the midstation stop and that you could walk down into a paved rainforest at the top and back of the mountain. Off to a pastry place for dinner....it's a Brazilian pastel place with over 50 flavours - sweet and savory.
