    Today's Photo of the Day (POD) is of happy hour at Vivians Restaurant.
    We took some much needed relaxation after class with Stina and Marissa
    and also met their homestay roomies Tom and Katja. I enjoyed the local
    Nicaraguan rum in my Pina Colada (2 for $5) while watching the sunset.
