I discovered that San Juan del Sur means 'Saint John of the South'.
An event known as 'Sunday Funday Pool Crawl' happens here each week,
where tourists go from hostel to hostel swimming and you guessed it: drinking!

so Mike decided to have his own Sunday Funday on our balcony. We weren't that
into Super Bowl this year so we tried a new pizza place instead. I glanced around
the room and saw a signed photo of Pavarotti up on the wall - on closer inspection
the guy looks A LOT like John Rhys Davies from Sliders...any one?
