Cold, grey day for Super Bowl Sunday!! Headed to the University District for the vibe and stumbled upon Dantes - quite the american uni sports bar, packed with Hawks fans http://www.dantesseattle.com/index.html Owner introduced herself and her daughter was even giving out free Budweiser bottle openers...weird but cute. E scored a free jelly shot - served in a large, novelty, plastic syringe - so classy. Great game, but after that final play the whole bar went eerie quiet and there were a lot of shattered fans (except for one drunken Patriot), so we snuck out quickly and grabbed some dinner. Shout out to the shark dancers!!
