Pork meat
Toasted Nori sheet
Sesame oil
Soy sauce(it is a Shoyu Ramen)


How to prepare this recipe
Ramen tastes at best with gyoza dumplings:

Fist you need to prepare Tonkotsu (pork bone broth), cook slowly to get the best taste.....
Finally add pork slices, ramen noodles, egg, fine chopped scallions and little sesame oil.................add toasted Noris and here you are.
Take your time and enjoy.
Pork soup for the soul.


The story behind this recipe
Origin should be in China, but the most Ramen shops you will find in Japan with different broths, I personally love Tonkotsu.
Soup will always be the ultimate comfort food.
There is only one soup that can compete........Pho Bo
