Lunch outdoors with the other volunteers
It seems like an incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience Katie! Stick it out. You may feel uncomfortable being in such close quarters, but try to work through it. Maybe something amazing will come out of it, like a new way of thinking/feeling. Discomfort can be good. We would never grow if we always stayed inside our comfort levels. And don't piss off the French! Make sure you tell them about your LV days.
