This little boy is one of the residents of the area. We found him walking aimlessly together with some other children who are probably as young as he was. We didn’t know where his parents were. I felt ashamed to be standing there with protective boots to keep my feet dry and clean while he stood there almost naked and barefoot, completely vulnerable to harmful substances.
