Lainioälven paddle expedition

An overview of our trip. We started way up north in the road-less wilderness and paddled 170 km (~105 miles), dropping 260 meters (850 feet) over 5 days

WOW! What an amazing trip! I loved looking at all the photos. The mosquitos remind me of our kayaking trip in Alaska. They say the state bird of Alaska is the mosquito because they are that big. I was the only one with a mosquito netted hat. I may have looked silly but everyone was jealous! The top 10 camp site (sans mosquitos) looked awesome! Were you scared of the moose? I may have been. Good thing you remembered to bring your eye shades, eh? That midnight sun is so cool ... until you want to go to sleep :)
