Vail Pass bike ride near Frisco, CO
For the most part, the pictures speak for themselves. After North Carolina, I spent a couple days in the Denver/Frisco area with Curt and January-two friends I met in Costa Rica earlier this year. The area is fantastic. We did a lot of hiking, some biking, and some eating and drinking. All fun stuff. :) I climbed to the top of a ski mountain with double black diamonds...somewhere around a 13,000-foot elevation. It was tough to breathe, but my muscles didn't seem to mind. I also biked down Vail Pass, had dinner at The Dam Brewery, and hiked to a beautiful waterfall off the Spruce Creek trail. Thanks to Curt and Jan! Y'all are welcome to visit my neck of the woods...once I figure out where exactly that is!
