He’s Don Juan, and with 70 years old, he has been working on the potter’s wheel for more than 55 years. His work has been exposed in different places on the world as New York. At this moment, Don Juan suffers some diseases, but that doesn’t stop it to do what he most enjoy in life.

Singer and songwriter, artisan and defender of liberty, justice and their local traditions, he’s Paco Padilla, who he’s been working on the pottery workshop that his father has started in 1952, the year of Paco’s birth. He has been on the pottery bussines for more than 35 years.

Don Juan makes around 25 pieces every day. He learned the technique of his father, who became suddenly blind, and he has taught Don Juan just with the touch of his hands to the ceramic and some voice guidance.
