Ingredients
Biscuit: eggs - 3 pieces; flour - 100 grams; cocoa - 20 grams, sugar - 120 grams
For the cream: cream or sour cream - 250 grams; cherry (pre-defrost) - 170-200 grams; brandy or any other alcohol to taste - 120 grams; chocolate - 30-40 grams; powdered sugar - 1 tablespoon
For the ganache: dark chocolate - 100 grams, cream 35% - 100 ml.
To decorate: chocolate (room temperature) - 50 grams; maraschino cherry

 

How to prepare this recipe
1) Cherry cleaned from stones and pour alcohol for several hours.
2) Tests were separated whites from the yolks. Beat whites on medium speed until soft peaks form. Then, continuing to whisk at the same speed parts add sugar. Then one continuing whisking add yolks. When the mass becomes homogeneous cream, stop the mixer.

The story behind this recipe
My name is Nadya I'm from Russia. I was born in Bryansk as my mum, dad and all our relatives. When I was 5 years old my parents had divorced. Mom entered graduate school in Moscow and prepare to write diplome so we moved in the hostel near her university. We haven't got enough money that why any holidays or birthdays was the best of the moments. Once on someone birthday from our hostel I tried cake. It was the most tasty cake that I ever tried. I didn't know how this cake named but it was a sweet memory from childhood.
However, I found recipe in grandmother's recipe book which I took after her death (she loved to cook and I'll do my best for try to make all her recipes). So I tried to cook this cake to check is it my "sweet memory" or not. And I did it, I found my favorite cake. I was very surprised that my granny with me and she helps me. I believe she will help me to be the one of winners.
