After a very sad last day in Wellington I took my flight and arrived in Brisbane late afternoon. A short stop of one night before catching the greyhound bus to Byron Bay. Two nights here to rest and recover from the emotional and busy last few days. YHA Cape Byron.
Walked to the easternmost point of mainland Australia, Cape Byron Lighthouse.
Saw wallabies, turtles, rays and lots of long haired surfer dudes...
Chilled on the beach
Walked around town and looked at the shops
Ate nice food
