We take a two hour slow boat ride up the Mekong to Pakse. There is the 5 of us plus two ladies from germany, a Canadian guy, and a girl Jissy from Holland. She is a sculptor. It was fun talking with her. Honestly it was the most relaxing sweet ride I have had. We all truly enjoyed our time on the little boat. It was such a beautiful day out…relaxing listening to my ipod riding up the Mekong. What a morning. We arrive in Pakse and get some rooms and Luke is meeting up with his girlfriend Magna. So now we have 7 of us that are hanging out. There are the couples of Mike and El, Luke and Magna, then there is Vanessa Mike (jersey boy) form before and myself. We all plan on renting motorbikes and doing this trail around here called the Bolavan Plateau. Today we head out for the 3 day trip.
