Today has been another fairly quiet day. I went out for lunch and a bit of shopping with Amy. My main requirement was a slightly larger bag for hand luggage as I have quite a few books I got for Christmas and I don’t want them to eat my hold luggage allowance. We eventually managed to get something that suited my needs but we passed through quite a few different stores to do so. Who’ have thought buying a small bag could be such a pain.
This evening was one I have long been waiting for. Pretty much since I got here Amy and Travis have been promising to cook prawns in an amazing lemon and garlicky sauce you can buy here… And today was THE day! Amy had picked up the prawns and sauce while we were out and I’d grabbed a couple of bottle of white to go with it (well it would be rude not to!) and this evening we had the best prawns I’ve had in my whole visit, along with a very pleasant meal together on the patio.
