Back alive from the drive. Sorted the gear out, ate at our favourite targine place, got some sleep and next day onto the train to Rabat.
Nice 4hr train ride and arrived in cosmopolitan Rabat the capital of Morocco. Was talking to a ex pat Moroccan and a school inspector and almost missed our stop. Was a frantic scramble with people in the carriage helping with our bags to get off the train.
Rabat was not particularly interesting but the medina at least had prices on items which made in useful for future shopping in Fes. Walked around the medina and Kasbah then decided to head to Fes next day. Found the place was a bit like Canberra - Boring.
