The Welcome Wall's Memorial illuminated by the setting sun and set against the South Mole Lighthouse are located at the Western Australia Maritime Museum in Fremantle. The wall has 21,000 inscriptions, almost half of the 45,000+ immigrants who arrived by boat in Fremantle & Albany during the mid to late 18th century and early 19th century.
