We are now at the half way point of our Tucan Tour of SE Asia... Our first day in Nha Trang was spent lazing about the amazing beach, swimming, sleeping and eating delicious Vietnamese cuisine.... It's unbelievably hard work as you can imagine i'm sure you all feel sorry for us LOL. I think that now Dan and I have completely forgotten the concept of work.... Its fabulous...

So after a hard day of nothing the group ventured out to experience the night life.. We went to a great little club that was packed with tourists, it was easy to forget that we were in Vietnam... The drinks menu offered standard drinks, buckets and fish tanks!.... ok, so aside from the standard drink, a bucket was literally that, a bucket filled with any cocktail of your choosing; however for the more adventurous, you could order the fish tank, which contained a whopping 4 bottles of liquor!!!! We all decided to order our buckets and these were potent. if that wasn't bad enough occasionally waiters would pop around and offer the table a free round off shots... To make things more dangerous each bucket was only 35,000 dong, roughly $2.5.. As i was still recovering from a slight case of food poisoning I left Dan and the group to party... So after an unknown quantity of buckets, everyone was terribly sick the following day,, To make things worse was we had to check out of the hotel and wait around the city until we departed on our second overnight train at 6.30.... I think it was one of the longest days in history for Daniel,,
