After
a nice sleep in we hired individual kayaks and paddled out to the
famous Monkey Beach, where we were guaranteed to see and photo
thousands of wild monkies.... After an enormous effort, kms of
kayaking in the extreme heat we found the island but alas no
monkies!
They were probably all captured for use as helper
monkies.. The
afternoon was spent relaxing, drinking fresh coconut juice from the
coconut and experiencing many gorgeous sites where we continuously
asked the question “Where is the camera!” the answer of course,
was in our room completely useless to us in the moment!
