The devotees and religious lighting up candles and offering prayers in a shrine beside the cathedral.

Life at the Feet of Strangers: In front of the city's cathedral, in a sidewalk near the park, lay the beggars, and she's just one of the many who asks for food or money to the passers-by and the devotees who would light up a candle at the shrine or inside the diocese. Most of the women-beggars carry their infants to gain sympathy from the religious.
