My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Even in childhood I was an adventurer - reading about travelers, dreaming about my adventures, exploring surroundings. I didn’t plan to be a writer or photographer. I just couldn’t stop finding beauty and joy of our World. It was a Passion. And it is. The Passion I want to share and inspire others with.

I’ve visited many countries touching with other cultures and people stories. I'm keen on finding special in ordinary things. It’s not easy. It’s much harder to show. You should see with a heart. For many years only my heart and eyes were my camera. Then I’ve started to write, make photos, create own website. 1,5 year ago I’ve got my Nikon and began to improve my skills on my own.

Last summer I’ve done 2-month 1000-km walking Camino adventure in Spain. It was challenging to be not only adventurer, but also a journalist in a field. Books can’t tell you everything. A piece of good advice and practice do much more. I know Jason’s mentorship will be a great step forward towards my dream of being real travel journalist because I can offer my passion, anxiety of learning and perseverance in exchange of his experience.

I believe there is nothing impossible to him who will try.
