I chose Clunes in central Victoria as it is where the first of my family settled and I guess my hertiage in Asutralia began. Pattison Mark travelled from England to Melbourne and made a life in Clunes, drawn to Clunes with the prospect of gold. So I am currently researching my family tree and I was drawn back here.
